Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for work you are happy with. Here is how refunds work at HEYYANIXX Studio.

Website packs (Basic, Pro)

• We take payment only after you see and approve your website, so in most cases a refund is not needed.
• If you paid for work that we have not delivered, email us within 7 days of payment. We look at each case and refund the amount for undelivered work.
• Once a website is approved and delivered, that payment is not refundable.

Maintenance plan

• Cancel anytime by email or Instagram message.
• You won't be charged for the next month. The current month is not refunded.

Third-party costs

Money paid for domain, hosting or other outside services goes to those providers, so their own refund rules apply.

How to ask

Send us your name, your business name and what went wrong. We reply as soon as we can, and approved refunds go back the same way you paid.

This policy follows the laws of India.
