Terms of Service

These terms apply when you hire HEYYANIXX Studio (founder Anish Kumar, Dumka, Jharkhand) to make or look after your website. By starting a project with us, you agree to them.

Packs and prices

• Basic: starting from ₹2,999 (one-time)
• Pro: starting from ₹4,999 (one-time)
• Maintenance: starting from ₹499/month (optional)

The final price depends on the work and is agreed with you before we start.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your website within 7 days after we receive your content (text, photos, details). Bigger projects may take longer, and we will tell you before we start.

Payment

You pay only if you like the site. We show you the website first, make the changes included in your pack, and take payment after you approve it.

Your content

• You own your content: your business name, logo, text and photos.
• You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us.
• After full payment, the website design made for you is yours to use for your business.

Third-party costs

Domain, hosting or other outside services (if needed) are not included in the pack price. They are charged at actual cost, separately, and we tell you before buying anything.

Maintenance

Maintenance is optional and month to month. You can cancel anytime; you won't be charged for the next month.

Limits

We work hard to make your website good and working. We can't promise any number of customers or sales, and we are not responsible for problems caused by outside services (like hosting or domain providers) that we don't control.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. If there is a problem, please contact us first and we will try to sort it out together.
